Travelling to Croatia with your young player? While the team trains, we take care of you: a comfortable hotel, wine and food tastings in Istria, and day trips to some of Croatia’s most beautiful places.
FOR PARENTS
Parents' Programme
WHILE THEY TRAIN
Your Summer in Croatia, Too
Many of our players travel from the United States, and many parents decide to come along for the trip. That is why, alongside the camp, we organise a separate programme just for parents.
You stay in a higher-category hotel, join group excursions to Istria’s wineries and hilltop towns, Rovinj and the Plitvice Lakes, and get together for relaxed dinners with local food and wine. Your kids get a real water polo camp, and you get a real holiday.

01
A Comfortable Stay
Accommodation in a higher-category hotel, chosen with parents in mind, close to the camp and the sea.
02
Group Excursions
Wine and food tastings, medieval hilltop towns and national parks, explored together with the other parents.
03
Dinners Together
Relaxed group dinners with local food and wine, and time with your kids at matches and team events.
EXCURSIONS
Days Out Across Croatia
A taste of what parents can look forward to. The exact programme is planned around each camp session.

ISTRIA · WINE & FOOD
Istrian Wineries
Istria is Croatia’s best-known wine region, and its family wineries welcome guests for tastings among the vineyards. Expect crisp Malvazija whites and deep Teran reds, paired with local olive oil, cured ham, cheese and, of course, Istrian truffles.

ISTRIA · HILLTOP TOWNS
Motovun & Grožnjan
Two of Istria’s most beautiful medieval towns, each perched on its own hill. Walk the old walls of Motovun for sweeping views over the Mirna Valley and its truffle forests, then wander the stone lanes of Grožnjan, a town of artists full of small galleries and studios.

ISTRIA · COAST
Rovinj
Often called one of the most romantic towns on the Adriatic, Rovinj rises from the sea on a small peninsula, crowned by the bell tower of St Euphemia’s Church. Its cobbled streets, harbour and seafront cafés make for a perfect afternoon and an unforgettable sunset.

NATIONAL PARK
Plitvice Lakes
Croatia’s oldest and largest national park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wooden boardwalks lead you between 16 terraced lakes linked by waterfalls, in shades of turquoise and green that change with the light.

SLUNJ · MILL VILLAGE
Rastoke
Known as the “little Plitvice”, Rastoke is a fairytale village where the Slunjčica river spills into the Korana over a series of small waterfalls. Old wooden watermills, little bridges and houses built right over the water make it one of the most charming stops in Croatia.
…and more. Ask us about other trips, from the islands of Kvarner to the seaside promenade in Opatija.
